Protecting Your Code in the Wild with Defensive Programming.
Software is eating the world, and could be the basis for its downfall. As we build software that becomes a part of our daily life we also expose people to the reality that software is not perfect. Security breaches, crashing, and unexpected behavior can take your hard work and turn it into mud in the eyes of the user. In this session we'll highlight a frame of thinking along with techniques you can use to up your defense game regardless of language. If you have ever written code that has failed then join us to share your lessons learned.
