In this talk Thiago Almeida from Microsoft will show some of the new preview and generally available features being delivered by Microsoft Azure, the company’s public cloud platform. These include new and updated features on the platform, and how developers can interact with it using Visual Studio. Some technologies that will be covered are Azure Websites, DocumentDB, and Machine Learning.

Thiago Almeida,
Technical Evangelist, Microsoft

Thiago works with the latest technical awesomeness coming from Microsoft, especially supporting companies working with Windows Azure. He is also the local leader of the BizSpark Program for software startups and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). He is originally from Brazil, has been living in New Zealand since 1993 and works at Microsoft New Zealand on the Developer Platform Evangelist team.
